Jim Schroeder, Esq.


Jim Schroeder is a 2007 graduate of Rutgers Camden Law School where he was awarded the Alumni Scholarship, Eagleton Fellowship and Marshall-Brennan fellowship.  He practices law with the firm of Long, Marmero and Associates of Woodbury, N.J.  Jim holds two additional Masters Degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky and United Theological Seminary of Dayton, Ohio.  His undergraduate degree is from Richard Stockton College.


With a legal background Jim approaches real estate differently than most agents.  He is also a certified mediator with the civil courts of the State of New Jersey.  Before joining the Haviland Team at Keller Williams, one of the concentrations of Jim’s practice was real estate closings and deed preparation.  He is available to our clients on a preferred basis for contract review, deed preparation and closing assistance.


A native of Port Republic, he now lives in Hammonton with his wife Amanda, daughter and the two youngest of their four boys.
